AP-AOL Poll: America Slams Bush And Britney...

Associated Press | DARLENE SUPERVILLE | December 28, 2006 at 07:27 PM

Bad guy of 2006: President Bush.
Good guy of 2006: President Bush.

When people were asked in an AP-AOL News poll to name the villains and heroes of the year, Bush topped
both lists, in a sign of these polarized times.

Among entertainment celebrities,
Oprah Winfrey edged out
Michael J. Fox as the best celebrity role model while
Britney Spears outdistanced
Paris Hilton as the worst.

I can see how Bush topped both lists. Hell, even I have mixed feelings as to whether he's bad or good sometimes!

He's just plain stupid.

And as far as the worst celebrities, if I never hear Britney's or Paris' names again, it will be too soon.

To my way of thinking, Michael J. Fox scores over Oprah Winfrey any day of the year!

I would say it shows a lack of coherant thought on the part of the american people. When you look at the choices Jesus! it's criminal there are far more worthy people, what possessed these eejits to vote for a collection of non entities.
